The ancient city of Andriake served as the port of the ancient city of Myra, located in the Çayağzı region of Demre district in Antalya. The "Lycian Civilizations Museum" is part of the excavated section.

A single ticket allows you to visit both the ancient city and the museum. Museum cards are valid at the site, and you'll enjoy watching the ongoing excavations during the summer months. Visiting hours and entrance fees can change seasonally. Check the official museum website before your visit.

Andriake was captured by the Ptolemies in 197 BC under King Antiochus III of the Seleucid Dynasty. It was an important port for ancient Lycian cities such as Patara and Phaselis. The ancient city of Andriake is spread across both sides of the bay. After passing Demre, you can explore the landscaped area on the left side of the bay.

If you don't deviate to this area and continue straight ahead, you can see the ruins on your right, beneath the sand dunes and among the reeds. On the Demre-Kaş road, at the Çayağzı turnoff, you will see another ancient building on your right: the city's historic fountain.

The structures in the organized area are, in order: Church A, Eastern Baths, Church B, Western Baths, Harbor Agora, Murex Workshops, Synagogue and Granarium (Museum Building), Andriake Workshops, Honorary Monuments, Harbor Structures and Cistern (accessible by stairs and with walking paths inside), and you can also examine an ancient boat.
